VIRTUAL COACHING

My 1 to 1 virtual coaching sessions ensure you receive personalised, focused training that is individually designed and tuned to your goals. Training is live and offered via FaceTime or WhatsApp video call.

ONLINE COACHING

I offer online coaching using the Trainerize app to deliver your programme and track your progress. Together we will work through the following method:

  • 1hr virtual session with me to assess technique.

  • Personalised training program based on your goals, current fitness level and schedule.

  • Weekly check-ins through Trainerize app via messages

  • Unlimited technique feedback through videos

  • Access to Trainerize App to log workouts and nutrition, which includes videos for each exercise with explanation and cueing

HYBRID COACHING

This is an extended, three month, program based on my online coaching method

  • 2x 1hr virtual sessions with me to assess technique.

  • Personalised training program (3/4 days a week) based on your goals, current fitness level and schedule.

  • Unlimited technique feedback through videos

  • Access to Trainerize App to log workouts and nutrition, which includes videos for each exercise with explanation and cueing.

 

ONLINE KETTLEBELL & BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM

You just need a kettlebell and mat to work through my 4 week kettlebell and bodyweight training program

  • 4 days Strength and Mobility Training + 1 day Flow

  • Designed for intermediate level to build strength, endurance and mobility

  • Access to Trainerize App to log workouts and nutrition, which includes demo videos for each block of exercise

ONLINE STAYFIT WHILST AT HOME PROGRAM

You don’t need any equipment for this 4 week program as it is all based on bodyweight. Can be done anytime, anywhere to suit you.

  • Perform the workouts 4 days a week with one day rest in between. On the 4th day you get to choose your workout!

  • 16 workouts

  • Only 20 minutes per workout

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Can be done anywhere

  • Access to Trainerize App to log workouts and nutrition, which includes demo videos for each block of exercise
